I had a fantastic stay at Gran Hotel de Ferrol. The rooms were very well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. The attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. The breakfast served each morning was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh options to start the day right. The staff was truly outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. You can adjust it if you want a more personalized touch!

Staff are friendly, professional and always try to help you as much as possible. Bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. Located walking distance from the city centre and most major attractions. The staff can also stamp your pilgrim passport if you are doing the Camino de Santiago

Arriving by Renfe train from Santiago, the bay spread out in front of us in the sunset and we walked the mile or so to the Hotel through the quiet city centre. The Staff spoke excellent English and our room overlooked the central square, which came alive in the morning ahead of a football tournament. The Hotel concierge suggested several good places to visit and we spent some hours in the Naval Construction Museum before buying tickets on the marvellous little "Feve" narrow gauge train later in the evening - towards Ribadeo. Thanks Gran-Hotel, for making the start of our holiday, so easy.

Very accommodating staff, we arrived early and they swopped rooms so that we didn't have to wait. Parking available but we found a safe space at the side of the hotel. Large comfortable very quiet room on the top floor. Evening meal (1/2 board option) offered a very good starter but the main course was just too big to manage ! Make sure you are hungry before eating here. 30 minute walk to the harbour through the centre.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Overall the hotel is very nice. The staff is also nice. I liked the food at the hotel’s restaurant for dinner. The salad was amazing.

Beautiful modern hotel with warm and stylish wood finishes in the hallways and in the bedroom. Breakfast was very varied and generous. Dinner was available in restaurant and the service was excellent

All aspects of our brief stay from check-in to late lunch, dinner, room ambience and facilities, to check-out were exceptional. The hotel is beautifully furnished and there is a great sense of ‘ease of movement’ through Gran Hotel de Ferrol. Thank you.

Very well situated. The large foyer/lounge area was very inviting it’s almost like walking into your home from home. Comfortable chairs. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English.

We had a large room on the top floor, big bathroom, fridge in room. The hotel is situated on a main road which is busy during the day. Soundproofing between rooms was not great.

This hotel has very convenient location - 10 minutes to the main city attractions. The room was convenient and spacious. Stunny miscellenious breakfast. Kind and friendly staff.
